Vendor Policy

Eligibility

To become a vendor on OxideMod, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid OxideMod account in good standing
• Provide accurate and complete information during the vendor application process
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Product Standards

All products listed on the OxideMod marketplace must:

• Be fully functional and tested before submission
• Include accurate and complete descriptions of features and functionality
• Be compatible with the game versions and platforms specified in the listing
• Not contain any malicious code, backdoors, or security vulnerabilities
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Comply with the game's terms of service

Prohibited Content

The following types of products are strictly prohibited:

• Stolen Content: Products that contain code, assets, or content taken from other developers without permission. This includes decompiled, leaked, or pirated content.
• Malicious Products: Products containing malware, viruses, backdoors, data harvesting, or any code designed to harm users or their servers.
• Fraudulent Products: Products that do not function as described or are designed to deceive buyers.
• Illegal Content: Products that facilitate illegal activities or violate any applicable laws.
• Resold Products: Products purchased elsewhere and resold without proper licensing or authorization.

Accurate Descriptions

Product listings must accurately represent what the buyer will receive. This includes:

• Clear and honest descriptions of features and functionality
• Accurate screenshots and media that reflect the actual product
• Disclosure of any limitations, dependencies, or requirements
• Truthful version compatibility information

Misleading or deceptive product listings may result in removal of the product and suspension of your vendor account.

Support and Updates

Vendors are expected to:

• Respond to buyer inquiries and support requests in a reasonable timeframe
• Fix bugs and issues reported by buyers in a timely manner
• Maintain compatibility when game updates break functionality
• Clearly communicate any planned discontinuation of support

Products that remain broken or incompatible for an extended period may be removed from the marketplace until fixed.

Fees and Payment

OxideMod charges a platform fee of 10% on all sales, plus applicable payment processor fees and taxes. This fee is automatically deducted from each transaction.

Payments are processed through PayNow. By selling on OxideMod, you agree to PayNow's User Agreement and payment terms.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled through PayNow. As a vendor, you should:

• Respond to refund requests promptly and fairly
• Issue refunds when products do not function as described
• Work with buyers to resolve issues before resorting to refunds

Vendors with excessive refund rates may be subject to review and potential account restrictions.

Product Removal

OxideMod reserves the right to remove any product from the marketplace at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of this Vendor Policy or our Terms of Use
• Reports of stolen or plagiarized content
• Malicious code or security vulnerabilities
• Excessive buyer complaints or refund requests
• Extended periods of non-functionality or incompatibility
• Failure to respond to support requests

Account Termination

OxideMod reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any vendor account at any time for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Repeated violations of this policy
• Uploading stolen or malicious content
• Fraudulent activity or abuse of the platform
• Harassment of buyers or other vendors
• Any conduct that harms the OxideMod community or reputation

In cases of serious violations (such as malicious code or stolen content), termination may be immediate and without prior warning.

Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the products you create. By listing a product on OxideMod, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your product on our platform.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Vendor Policy from time to time. Continued use of the marketplace after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage vendors to review this policy regularly.
